Return Policy

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products within the specified timeframe.
Eligibility for Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Orders – Must be reported within 48 hours.
- Expired or Near-Expiry Products – Returns allowed based on distributor agreements.
- Stock Rotation – Subject to distributor policies.
Non-Returnable Items
- Non-defective items.
- Products without original packaging.
- Requests beyond the return period.
Return Process
- Retailers must inform the Field Executive (FE), who acts as the Point of Contact (POC), during the next scheduled visit.
- The FE will verify the return request and document necessary details.
- Approved returns will be collected during the next beat visit.
- Refunds for approved returns will be issued as Credit Notes for future orders.
