We ensure timely deliveries based on the expected delivery date provided in the app.
Delivery Timelines
- Retailers must select an expected delivery date when placing an order.
- Orders are processed and prioritized to be delivered before the selected date whenever possible.
- Deliveries follow the beat schedule, but exceptions may be made for urgent or time-sensitive orders.
Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation – Notification sent after order placement.
- Expected Delivery Date Selection – Retailers choose their preferred date while placing an order.
- Dispatch Notification – Sent when the order is out for delivery.
- Delivery Attempt – The order is attempted to be delivered on or before the expected date.
- Proof of Delivery – Retailers must confirm receipt via the app.
Delivery Exceptions
- If the retailer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be rescheduled for the next available beat visit.
- External factors (e.g., supply chain disruptions, weather conditions) may impact delivery timelines, but retailers will be informed in advance.
