Welcome to Saarthi, an application by Baylink Business Pvt Ltd. By using Saarthi, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
- "Saarthi" refers to the in-store workers using the Saarthi application.
- "FE" refers to Baylink’s field executives."App" refers to the Saarthi mobile application.
- "User" refers to any individual using the Saarthi app.
Eligibility
To use Saarthi Application, You must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
Account Creation
- Users must create an account by providing the required details, including Name, Store Name, Phone Number, and Password.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Saarthi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent or misleading information is detected.
App Usage
Users agree to:
- Use the app only for its intended purpose: managing recon submissions, tracking streaks, viewing leaderboards, completing tasks, and redeeming earnings.
- Submit accurate recon data and adhere to the deadlines for daily tasks and missions.
- Avoid misuse of features, such as submitting false data, manipulating leaderboards, or engaging in unethical practices.
Rewards and Incentives
- Earnings, Leaderboard rankings, and daily missions are tracked automatically.
- Rewards for completed tasks will be added to the user’s wallet after verification.
- Saarthi reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.
Payment Collection and Wallet
- Users must complete KYC to redeem earnings securely.
- Payment redemptions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, or Cashfree).
- Saarthi is not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party providers.
Promotions and Brand Partnerships
- Promotional tasks must be completed as specified.
- Incentives will be calculated based on the success of promotional activities (e.g., sales growth).
- Saarthi is not responsible for disputes related to promotional payouts from partner brands.
Notifications and Alerts
- Saarthi may send notifications (via app or WhatsApp) for task reminders, payment prompts, and streak updates.
- Users can manage notification preferences within the app settings.
Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and designs within the Saarthi application are the intellectual property of Baylink Business Pvt Ltd.
- Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or redistributing app content without prior authorization.
Termination
- Users may terminate their account at any time.Saarthi reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
- Saarthi is not liable for losses incurred due to user error, third-party failures, or unauthorized access to accounts.
- Saarthi’s total liability is limited to the value of rewards earned by the user.
Use of Store Data
- Saarthi collects store data for analytics purposes to improve services, track performance, and provide insights to the brand.
- By using the Saarthi app, users consent to their data being used by Baylink Business Pvt Ltd for analytics, including but not limited to sales tracking, performance metrics, and strategy development.
- Data used for analytics will be anonymized wherever applicable and securely processed.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
